Foundation Food Hygiene in the Workplace

The FSA (Food Standards Agency) state that all staff handling food should have appropriate training. This course is ideal for anyone who handles food on a regular basis including care workers, catering assistants, nursery staff and bar staff. All successful attendees will receive a certificate with a recommended validty of three years.
